Exporting results and reports

PDF reports, CSV exports, and data sharing.

Last updated April 17, 2026

QOOM produces a structured PDF report for every completed assessment. You can also export raw data for your own records or for integration with other tools.

PDF reports

A PDF report is generated automatically when an assessment completes. It includes:

  • Subject name and assessment date
  • Module and overall grade
  • Per-metric values with grade bands
  • Highlights (wins and risks)
  • Recommendations with priority and rationale
  • Follow-up timing suggestion
  • QOOM disclaimer

Reports are stored with the trial and can be regenerated from the results viewer.

Sharing a report

Reports can be shared with a time-limited link from the session detail page. The recipient does not need a QOOM account but can only view the specific report, not the rest of your data.

Share tokens can be revoked at any time by an administrator.

CSV / JSON export

For your own records or analysis pipelines, raw metric data can be exported per trial or per subject. See Data export.

What reports do not include

  • Raw video files (available separately via trial download)
  • Other subjects' data
  • Internal threshold source metadata (see threshold sources)
  • Predictive claims or diagnoses

Regenerating a report

If you update subject information or need a refreshed version of a report, administrators and clinicians can regenerate the report from the results viewer. Previous versions are kept for audit.
