Assessments

Eight standardized assessments. One way of measuring.

Every assessment on this page is production-ready: a guided two-phone capture, a fixed protocol, and the same shape of output every time. Pick the test that matches the question you are asking — the capture, analysis and report work the same way for all of them.

The Ready set

These are the assessments the product offers as Ready. Experimental modules are not listed here. Open any card for its full metric list, events and protocol.

  • Squat

    What it tests
Squat pattern, depth and trunk position across repetitions.
  • Countermovement Jump

    What it tests
A vertical jump with a countermovement — the standard lower-body test.
  • Drop Vertical Jump

    What it tests
Landing mechanics from a controlled drop, followed by an immediate jump.
  • Single-Leg Hop

    What it tests
A single-leg hop for distance, one side at a time.
  • Cut / Change of Direction

    What it tests
A cutting manoeuvre — deceleration, plant and exit.
  • 505 Agility Test

    What it tests
The 5-0-5: a timed 180-degree turn with a measured approach and exit.
  • Treadmill Walking

    Requires a treadmill.
    What it tests
Walking gait at a controlled speed.
  • Treadmill Running

    Requires a treadmill.
    What it tests
Running gait at a controlled speed.
The same output, every time

What every assessment returns

  • Biomechanical metrics

Joint angles, timings, distances and ratios computed from the reconstructed 3D skeleton — each one named in the metric reference with its unit and description.

  • Zones where the evidence supports one

A metric is graded only when a reference distribution exists for it. Every threshold declares its source type, and QOOM withholds a grade when the available evidence does not support one.

  • A report you can share

Per-repetition breakdowns, event charts and left/right comparisons in a report a coach, clinician or athlete can read.

QOOM measures movement with cameras. It does not measure ground-reaction force, and it does not report power in watts. How grading works
