Exporting and deleting your data

How to get your data out, or remove it entirely.

Exporting data

You can export the following from QOOM:

Per-trial

  • Metrics as JSON
  • Report as PDF
  • Raw video (if still within retention window)

These are available from the results viewer for any completed trial.

Per-subject

  • Trend data across all sessions
  • List of all sessions and trials

Organization-wide

Administrators can export the full organization data set. Contact support for bulk exports larger than 100 sessions.

Formats

  • JSON — for metrics, subject data, and session metadata
  • PDF — for reports
  • MP4 — for raw video (original format)
  • CSV — planned in a future release

Deleting data

Deleting a single session

Administrators and clinicians can delete individual sessions from the session detail page. Deletion removes the session, its trials, videos, and derived results.

Deleting a subject

Administrators can delete a subject, which also deletes all of the subject's sessions and associated data.

Deleting your account

To delete your user account, contact an administrator. The administrator will:

  1. Transfer ownership of any sessions or subjects you created to the organization.
  2. Disable your account.
  3. After a grace period, fully delete your account record.

Deleting your organization

To delete an entire organization, contact support. This is permanent and cannot be reversed.

GDPR and data subject rights

If you or a subject in your organization is in a jurisdiction with data subject rights (GDPR, CCPA, etc.), QOOM will honor those rights to the extent required by applicable law. Contact your organization administrator, who can then coordinate with QOOM support.
