By creating an account or using the QOOM platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
QOOM provides a software platform for capturing, processing, and visualizing human movement data. The platform generates computer-derived metrics, visual summaries, and reports from video recordings. See our Medical Disclaimer & Intended Use for important limitations.
The platform is intended for use by qualified movement professionals (physical therapists, athletic trainers, coaches, sports scientists) or individuals operating under professional supervision. You represent that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your login with unauthorized individuals. Organization administrators are responsible for managing user access within their organization.

The QOOM platform, including its software, algorithms, interface, and documentation, is owned by QOOM and its licensors. You retain ownership of the data you upload. By uploading data, you grant QOOM a limited license to process it for the purpose of providing the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QOOM is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of outputs or their suitability for any particular purpose. QOOM shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your access to the platform ceases, but we may retain data as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
