Organizations

Movement analysis your whole organization can run.

Two phones, a guided protocol and the same standardized assessments — for every coach, every athlete and every location. One platform and one way of measuring, whether you run a gym floor, a clinic, a coaching business or a squad.

One platform

The same measurement, everywhere you coach

Every organization on QOOM runs the same protocols and gets the same kind of output, so results are comparable across coaches, sites and time.

  • Screen on day one

Run a baseline movement assessment before the first program is written, so every athlete starts from a measured point.

  • Track on the same protocol

Re-test the identical movements and compare sessions automatically. Progress is visible, not anecdotal.

  • Findings next to the program

Mobility, asymmetry and control findings sit beside the program, so the coach can use them in their own decisions. QOOM does not change or prescribe training.

  • Share reports people can read

Coach-ready reports with metrics, visuals and focus areas — and the evidence behind every graded number.

Gyms & fitness facilities

Turn every training area into a measured one.

Baseline members on day one, re-test on the same protocol, and give every coach on the floor objective data to program from — no lab, no dedicated hardware.

  • Objective assessments: baseline, track and compare movement with real data.
  • Every coach reads the same report and builds the plan from it.
  • The same protocol every time, so two sessions can actually be compared.
  • A report each member can read, with the findings that produced it.

Clinics & rehab

Objective progress between visits.

Pair a pain-and-function intake with single-leg hop, squat and treadmill gait protocols, then re-test the same movements to show change over time. QOOM supports clinical decisions; it does not diagnose.

  • Pain and function intake captured alongside the movement session.
  • Joint angles through the movement, and left/right asymmetry per session.
  • Session-to-session comparison on identical protocols.
  • Reports that patients and referrers can read.

Sports teams & academies

Screen the squad. Track every athlete.

Run the same jump, hop, change-of-direction and squat protocols across a roster, compare athletes side by side, and keep a movement record that follows each athlete from season to season.

  • Countermovement and drop jumps, single-leg hop, 505 and cutting, alongside squat and treadmill gait.
  • Side-by-side comparison across athletes and sessions.
  • Coach and athlete accounts, with coaches assigned to their athletes.
  • Portable: two phones, no lab.

Trainers & studios

The same assessments, at your scale.

Independent trainers and small studios run exactly what a facility runs — the same standardized assessments, on two phones, with a report you can hand to a client. No lab, no minimum roster.

  • The same eight production assessments available to any organization.
  • Screen a new client on day one and re-test on the same protocol.
  • A report that shows a client what changed, and what produced the finding.

Getting started

Start with a pilot, not a contract.

A 30-day pilot with onboarding, captures and reports, so your team can evaluate QOOM with real athletes before committing.

FAQ

Questions organizations ask

What equipment do we need?

Two modern smartphones with the QOOM app, and a printed checkerboard for the one-time calibration. No markers, no sensors, no lab.

How long does it take to get started?

Onboarding, a first calibration and the first captures fit into the first session. The pilot runs for 30 days.

Can several coaches work in one organization?

Yes. Coaches and athletes have their own accounts, and each coach is assigned to the athletes they work with.

Where does our data live?

Sessions, reports and exports stay in your organization’s account. Our Privacy Policy describes how data is handled. Read the Privacy Policy

Is QOOM a medical device?

No. QOOM supports training and rehabilitation decisions with objective measurements; it does not diagnose. See the medical disclaimer. Read the medical disclaimer

How is QOOM priced for organizations?

Pilot terms are published on the pilot page. Ongoing pricing depends on the number of coaches and athletes — book a demo and we will scope it with you. See pilot terms
